Care Worker
We are looking for a Care Worker to work for our client, based in Aylesbury. We are looking for a confident care worker, with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will receive support to get the right training to be able to deliver a high standard of care, and excellent incentives.
Summary of the Care Worker position:
* The pay: £11 – £13 PH.
* The Location: Aylesbury.
* The Hours: Flexible.
* The Job: The key responsibilities of this position include delivering an outstanding level of care to all patients. You will be expected to make a positive difference to the lives of the people you are caring for.
* The Person: Must be fully qualified in care, with a valid DBS and NVQ level 2 or equivalent.

A successful Care Worker must have:
* A valid DBS.
* Must be fully qualified in care work, ideally with an NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent qualification)
* Experience with working within a care setting within the last 6 months.
* Must be adaptable and able to multi-task.
* Must be able to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team.
* Must be passionate about empowering and supporting service user independence.
Working hours:
Monday – Friday
Working hours are flexible to work around your home-life commitments.
