We are looking for B2B Case Executives to help us deliver an excellent level of service, while building trust in our B2B customers
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
75% reactive to tickets in B2B service team que
15% proactive to up sales
5% reporting
* Support Tier 1 & 3 Commercial Customers
* Process fault enquiries, liaising closely with the bp pulse network and installation teams
* Create quotations for the repair of units
* Weekly reporting, performance, key accounts, key challenges
* CYC private customers proactively sold bp pulse solution
* Support Account Management team
* Respond to B2B customer enquiries, liaising with network and installation teams to facilitate repairs or replacement
* Proactively target B2B Tier 2 Commercial Customers who are maximising charging post
* Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email
* Up sell Warranty, service, and maintenance packages to existing customers
* Investigating and solving customers' problems.
* Suggesting improvements to the B2B service team procedures, policies, and standards
