I'm recruiting for a Digital Project Coordinator to work for a vibrant, fast paced and rapidly growing full service marketing agency based in Marlow. The role is paying 21-25K dependant on experience and has greagt progression within the agency for the right candidate!

You will ideally have:

Digital project support/coordinator experience within marketing
Project Management degree and/or Prince2 qualification
A great work ethic and passionate about delivering digital projects!As the Digital Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering projects from the first briefing to the production push. You will be working in a high pace environment where there will be several projects on the move at any given time. The ability to prioritise your time between projects is essential to ensure a smooth delivery. A proactive attitude is a must have to quickly identify any potential blockers and work with members of other departments to pull together the project delivery.

There will be lots of opportunities to learn from the other members in the development team. Particularly the other Digital Project Managers who will be willing to share best practice techniques with you and you can call on their experience during difficult projects.

Key Qualifications / Skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Enthusiasm, positive energy, and ability to maintain a sense of humour under pressure

· Proactive and solution-oriented when managing difficult projects and timelines

· Ability to learn from mistakes, admit when you're wrong with a willingness to learn and open to constructive criticism

· Managing projects from initial brief, development through to production

· Report to the Senior Project Manager and Head of Digital on progress, potential risks and outcomes of all active projects

· Work collaboratively with in-house developers, designers and off shore developers to ensure the successful delivery of our digital offerings
