Pertemps Milton Keynes are recruiting 2 Customer Service Operatives to work both Saturday and Sunday for our client who are a multinational fast food chain.

THE ROLE:
Working as a customer service advisor it will be your responsibility too:
Work both Saturday and Sunday rotating shifts of:
One weekend – 09:00 – 17:00
Next weekend – 15:00 – 23:00
Responding to email complaints

Taking minimal amount of calls and dealing with this in a professional, polite and courteous manner

Assisting with marketing campaigns and clients opting in or out
