TITLE: Transport Manager –Waste Management

My client is a rapidly growing waste management company, and the position comes with genuine opportunity to develop your career

SALARY: Up to £35,000 – £40,000 plus pension

LOCATION: Aylesbury

ROLE: Transport Manager –Waste Management

You will be responsible for the day to day management of drivers and vehicles.

Give work instructions and monitor the performance of drivers and operatives, i.e. briefing/debriefing during course of working day.

You will be familiar with ad – hoc and reactional routing work

Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are being complied to.

EXPERIENCE: Transport Manager – Waste Management & Skips

You will have excellent planning skills and a good understanding of compliance.
An excellent geographical knowledge of the area is essential

You will be extremely committed and have stability in previous roles.
Good communication and organisation skills are a must.
