I'm currently working with a leading UK Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager, for their new residential scheme based around the Milton Keynes area. My client builds a number of traditional and timber frame houses across the UK.

The project consists of 200 units plus, mainly timber frame units, at is currently at groundworks stage. You must have excellent all round construction knowledge from groundworks stage through to handover and have at least 5 years experience working with UK Housebuilders delivering units. Timber frame experience is essential here.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate and this will be on a temp to perm basis.
