My client who are a Optical Manufacturer are looking for a Sales Executive, based in Bucks to join their customer service department.

The Sales Executive, based in Bucks will oversee responsibilities in purchasing and expenditure. As Sales Executive you will be responsible for looking after key accounts including customer care and support. You will process customer returns, record customer orders onto the system and monitor the progress through to delivery. As Sales Executive, based in Bucks you will deal with administration tasks such as taking incoming calls and dealing with any technical issues/ requests for new product information. You will also work closely with the warehouse team and send necessary shipping documentation. Furthermore, as Sales Executive, based in Bucks you will follow up on purchase orders and monitor/ chase delivery updates. You will also update container/ delivery status using the incoming deliveries tracker.

The successful Sales Executive, based in Bucks will need to come from a technical background and have experience in sales, purchasing and customer service. You will have experience in using MRP system, recording and monitoring process orders. You will also have strong communication skills and be driven.
