The main role is to ensure all refreshment areas are well stocked, clean and tidy, all conference rooms have the relevant refreshment requests, support the restaurant team with any adhoc duties.
* All service areas are set up to the highest standard
* To ensure that all meeting rooms are set up, serviced and cleared away according to the meeting room standards check sheet
* To initiate good customer service and ensure the Hospitality’s service record is upheld
* To co-operate with all catering staff and undertake such duties in the kitchen / service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all times
* To project a willing and helpful attitude to customers, to seek the appropriate knowledge of food items offered throughout catering areas
* To ensure food storage and areas under your control are maintained in a clean & tidy condition, in accordance the company’s Hygiene, Health and Safety policies and procedures and to help obtain a 5star hygiene certificate
* To report any faults to the Hospitality Manager
* To carry out cleaning of the kitchen, service areas and restaurant in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
* To attend training sessions when required
Flexibility required as there are some shifts as and when required.
