Operations Analyst, fast growing FinTech

The Role:

As an Operations Analyst, you'll join a department of collaborating teams based at the heart of the company, ensuring that customers, transactions and processes run smoothly and safely in their network.

Your core activity will be

Monitoring client balances and credit conditions
Managing all daily incoming and outgong payments including reconciliation of funds.
Dealing with client payment enquiries, liaising with banking partners as appropriate
Covering of foreign exchange positions
Supporting daily/weekly/monthly routines within the wider team/department
Work closely with others to share knowledge and ensure the wider team is functioning as effectively and efficiently as possibleAbout you:

You'll be a motivated self starter who can work well in a small team and manage your own workload. You must be highly numerate, hard working with exceptional attention to detail and must be outgoing with strong communication skills.

You might already be working in the FinTech or Banking sector or, alternatively, have accounts or other numerical experience and want to move into a different career.

You'll also be

Able to operate effectively within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Proactive and highly organised, able to work to deadlines, multi-task, and prioritise and re-prioritise workload as needed, in line with business requirements
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to find solutions to problems that are appropriate to the scale of the challenge and take into account impact at a company level
Good grasp of the concept of continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Empathetic, with good interpersonal skills
Curious and engaged, proactively seeks new information to expand own knowledge and skills
Comfortable working in a high-change environment, with the ability to rapidly adapt to changing products, processes and proceduresExcellent Salary plus annual bonus
