An excellent opportunity for a graduate who speaks native level Portuguese and is educated to degree level in English (or equivalent) looking to begin their career in the translation industry. Full training will be provided. The salary is £23,750 plus benefits.

The successful candidate will work as part of an international team of Translation Checkers and the position will involve the word-by-word checking of texts that have been translated from English into European Portuguese. In addition you may also be tasked with adapting existing translations as well as ad-hoc duties associated with the finishing and dispatch of the translation.

The ideal candidate will have an outstanding eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. In return the company offers full training, a competitive rate of pay and range of benefits.
