The Role:
In the Planning Administrator role you'll report to the Senior Planner and will be primarily responsible for supporting the planning team with all admin duties and providing cover for planners when required. In addition to the other tasks listed below, you'll be developed with the aim of making you the next Planner.
Specific tasks include:
– Collecting, analysing and recording data
– Assisting with creating material and production plans
– Attending and taking minutes of meetings
– Conducting Data Entry and raising purchase and sales orders

Your Experience:
To be considered for the Planning Administrator role you will need some experience or knowledge of production or materials planning within a manufacturing environment. You'll also need experience in using Microsoft Excel.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
– Great attention to detail
– A willingness to learn
– Good communication skills

The basic salary for the Planning Administrator role is between £22,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
