My client is looking for a well-established Assistant General Manager and help manage all aspects of the day to day running of the Venue as well as holding the venue when the General manager is not on site. As part of this role, you will get involved with menu development, choosing your own wine and beer line up and the opportunity build new relationships with suppliers. You will also be developing and motivating your team, helping to plan and market events.
