Full-Time Butcher (Beef Boner)

Our client is a Wholesale and Retail Butcher who also imports and exports meat and are based in Bletchley near Milton Keynes. A vacancy has arisen for a full time Butcher. Experience of boning beef is desirable but not essential as full training can be given to suitable candidates.

The roles involve breaking down, de-boning and trimming products as required, whilst maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety and working to prepare stock to a high standard.

Ideal candidates will have the following;

A working knowledge of butchery / boning
Previous knife skills are preferred but not essential as training will be provided
High standards of spoken and written English
You must consider yourself physically fit due to the physical nature of the role
