Plumber / Multi Trade

A renowned property services company based in the North West is recruiting for a Plumber / Multi Trade to work on the day to day repairs in the social housing sector.

You will be working individually on a mobile basis covering the Manchester area.

Responsibilities of the Plumber / Multi Trade
Reactive maintenance within tenanted properties
All plumbing repairs (leaking pipes etc)
Picking up basic carpentry repairs
Patch plastering
Basic tiling repairs and patching
Leasing with customers in a professional manor

Skills/Experience required for the role are:
City and Guild / NVQ in Plumbing
Driving Licence (Clean)
Previous domestic housing experience
