As the IT Support Technician your role will involve the following important duties:

Provide Technical assistance and support to computer systems, hardware and software
Working on a ticketed system providing 1st/2nd or face to face support as necessary
Working on IT related projects
The experience required…

As a successful IT Support Technician, you will have the following:

At least 2 years previous IT support experience in a similar environment
Experience of working with a ticketing system
Experience of File and Print servers, MS Exchange, Office 365, WANs, LANs and Wi-Fi
Full driving license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload

Salary: £20-25k dependent upon experience

Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday – Friday 830am – 530pm, limited ad hoc overtime
