Customer Service Advisor
 
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their Team in Eccleshall.
 
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to incoming callers regarding their account, service and needs. The role is mainly telephone based and updating an in house date base duties to include but is not limited to handling queries relating to the orders, deliveries and returns. You will be updating the in house IT system with quotes and advising on product availability, prices and any other related tasks or queries.
 
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer advisor role and/or retail role that involves a large part of speaking to customers and handling queries.  
 
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (minus 30 mins for lunch equates to 40 hours per week)
 
Flexibility is essential, the ideal candidate will be able to work additional hours should business needs require. Due to the location own transport is essential.
 
In return you will be paid £9.50 per hour.
