Vanta Staffing are recruiting for a perm position of Customer Service for this fast paced, technology distributor.

working from Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm

our client based in central High Wycombe is looking for an ambitious person with a technical background to join their team.

You will be answering customer queries, arranging returns with the customers, authorising refunds, testing returned goods, liaising with couriers and generally acting as the main point of contact between the customer and supplier.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills both written and verbal, be a good team player and have a can do attitude with a desire to provide excellent customer experience.
