The Role:

In the Planning Team Leader role you'll report to the Planning Manager and will be primarily responsible for leading production and materials planning on site.

Specific tasks include:

– Leading a team of 6

– Ensuring optimum performance in terms of materials planning to ensure stock availability

– Working closely with the factory leadership team to formulate the most effective plans for the factory

The standard working hours for this job are Monday to Friday 6am-3pm initially with the view to moving to more normal office working hours in a few months.

Your Experience:

To be considered for the Planning Team Leader role you will need to possess direct experience of leading planning teams in food manufacturing.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess advanced excel skills (look ups, pivots, formula) and a strong understanding of stock and other key elements of the supply chain.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Planning Team Leader role is between £35,000 – £38,000 per annum depending on experience. You can also earn overtime in this role.
