We are currently recruiting for a Training Co-Ordinator for our client based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for working closely with the Training Manager, Shift Managers and Section Managers to ensure work within the laboratory is undertaken safely, efficiently and to the quality standards required of ISO15189:2012 laboratory accreditation.

Salary: £24K-£28K per annum

Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2022

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility to work weekend and evening hours if required

Essential Criteria:

* Extensive experience of working and maintaining documents and procedures within laboratory accreditation specifications (ISO15189:2012/ISO17025:2019)

* Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety regulations

* Exceptional organisational skills

* Positive attitude with proven problem-solving skills

* Experience of using of a QMS

* Willingness to work varying hours, when required, to meet all teams (current shifts 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am)

Desirable Criteria:

* Sc Honours degree in a biological science

* Experience of working within a laboratory environment

* Experience of using PCR methods

* Experience of training and supervision of staff in a laboratory setting
