Support Worker / Life24 Advisor
Full time – 8.45am-5.00pm plus requirement to take part in on call rota

About the role:
They are looking for a kind and compassionate individual to help deliver their Life24 service to customers and their families. The role will support our tenants via welfare checks, housing related support and services and advocacy, empowering people to live independently and assisting them to maintain their homes.
Due to the nature of the role, there may be the requirement to travel between the Bedfordshire and North Hampshire areas.
What they’re looking for:
* Experience of working within a customer facing environment with good interpersonal skills and a caring and empathetic manner.
* An understanding of needs and risk assessment procedures.
* Good IT skills including email, Microsoft Word, Excel and other tailored computer systems.
* Administrative experience and record keeping skills.
* A team player who can also plan your own workload with minimal supervision.
* A flexible approach to hours worked and ability to respond to emergencies if necessary (you will be scheduled onto a rolling out-of-hours rota for the Life24 Service).
* The ability to travel effectively and efficiently to all our client’s sites/customers.
The successful candidate will be required to take part in an enhanced DBS.
