My client, based in a rural location close to Thame, are looking for a full time permanent Internal Sales Executive to join their small and friendly team.

As Internal Sales Executive you will be expected to build and develop their existing business which provides carbon neutral insulation to the building and construction industry.

You will:

* Prospect and qualify leads from existing contracts, merchants and architects and following these leads through to order stage.

* Maintain a database of all information and leads to ensure repeat business in the future.

As Internal Sales Executive, you must:

* Be self motivated and driven with a passion for targeted work.

* Have strong business acumen and commercial awareness with a background in sales.

* If you have experience of natural insulation products, building or construction this will be a distinct advantage.

Working hours are generally Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm but can be flexible. Basic salary will be £25-32k with a generous commission structure
