Do you have previous sales and customer service experience in a target driven environment with experience ideally of following up on leads or marketing campaigns?
Are you an excellent communicator and user of a database system with an influential and persuasive skillset?
Are you located in the High Wycombe, Loudwater, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead area and happy to work in the office 9.00am to 5:00pm – Monday to Tuesday, 10am – 6pm Wednesday to Friday 37.5 hours a week?
What will the Business Development Specialist role involve?
* Working as part of a friendly team your role will be to provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals at all times
* Via the telephone/email/live chat you will promote the products and services offered by the company
* You will receive and make calls/emails from patients and you will give advice on products, send samples and make follow up
calls to ensure patient satisfaction
* You will also be required to manage your own administration, maintain the database and achieve your targets monthly.
* Closely follow-up all sample requests to maximise sales and sales retention by building strong relationships with customers
* Achievement of Department sales targets by generating and following up leads.
* Responding to enquiries from health professionals and patients and giving appropriate advice as required.
* Maintaining up to date product knowledge of all products, including competitors as well as some clinical knowledge
* Data entry of all sample requests and putting conversions and evaluation results into Goldmine
* Respond to customer complaints and address any issues
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
* Ideally you will have a proven track record in a proactive sales environment together with excellent communication skills and a
high level of flexibility.
* You should be influential and persuasive with an analytical and enquiring mind. This is a busy and varied role with no two days the same.
* You will be a good listener, a strong team player, be able to work to deadlines and have the ability to demonstrate empathy over the phone
