Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

* As a Guru you will be tasked with organising experience drives and managing the customer journey from start to finish.

* Educating customers on the advantages of using electric and running through how developed the infrastructure has become.

* Using your specialist skills to recommend bp pulse products that meet customer requirements supporting them through the EV transition process.

* To produce lead capture referrals for both our OEM team and branded partners.

* You will have strong Customer engagement skills.

* You will take part in events such as product launches and ride and drive events requiring you to be able to control and engage a large group.

* Completion of Guru's daily tasks i.e. Opening and Closing procedures, general admin and fleet preparation, just to name a few
