Advancing People have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work for a successful and growing Recruitment company. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoy the candidate side of recruiting rather than business development or someone with an internal recruitment background!

Duties and responsibilities:-

Manage our clients volume/strategic customers
You will be integral in managing customer relationships
Manage and advertise vacancies
Resource for live roles and ensure you are providing a full service across all customers. There is a commission structure for this role, however you will not be targeted on generating new business.

You will be joining the company at a very exciting time, the Milton Keynes branch are just opening, so you will have the opportunity to be part of the foundation team of the Milton Keynes office!
