Residential Property Solicitor NQ on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor with expertise in residential conveyancing to join our client's thriving firm in the Amersham area.

You will be working closely with an elite team who pride themselves on providing the best possible service to all clients!

Overtaking an existing caseload of residential property matters, the successful applicant will be hard-working and eager to learn.

Our client is a growing law firm with a fantastic reputation for legal services and is looking for a skilled, bright Residential Property Solicitor to deal with a portfolio of cases including:

Sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold property.
Sale and purchase of property at auction.
Mortgages and re-mortgages.
Change of ownership/transfers of equity.
Equity release arrangements.
Lease extensions.
Conditional contracts and option agreements.   
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be:

Qualified with up to 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing matters.
Have great attention to detail.
Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative.
IT proficient.
Good time management skills.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
