We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy People team in Worminghall providing a range of administrative support to the team. The role will support the People team in all activities relating to HR support across its European region and the 430 staff that work within it.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to support the People Team by providing an efficient and pro-active service in all aspects of People Administration.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and updating personnel files and records including:
-The electronic HR system which holds full information relating to each employee’s personal details, salary and benefits, etc;
-Holiday and Sickness records, reconciling entries between our timesheet and People systems, monitoring sickness absence and providing information to the HR Adviser when issues arise;
-Managing the starters and leaver process.
• Document preparation such as issuing of offer letters and contracts of employment, probationary letters, references, changes to terms and conditions, etc.
• Payroll Administration. Data entry and calculations of any payroll changes for the monthly payroll, including new starters, leavers, salary adjustments, unpaid leave, maternity leave, sickness, etc.
• Manage the administration relating to TTC our car document processing system.
• Effective handling of incoming queries through liaising with internal departments and external suppliers, e.g. Finance, IT, Office Managers and Talent Acquisition Team, etc.
In addition, the postholder will be expected to undertake other duties commensurate with the level of the post. As part of a small team, the postholder may be called on to cover a range of duties in the absence of colleagues.

Candidate should be able to demonstrate:
• Demonstrable experience in the provision of administration support in a professional/corporate environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data in a professional manner
