Randstad is looking for an experienced and driven Sales professional's who ideally have experience working within the Trade / Tools / Fast Fit sector, enjoys sales and dealing with customers on a daily basis.

The main purpose of the Retail Sales Manager role is to be responsible for servicing and selling fast fit goods / tolls to end user customers within a defined territory.
The role requires the Sales Manager to build the customer base and confidence within the geographical area in preparation for a franchisee to takeover.

Salary: £30K basic + bonus – OTE up to £55K

Duties and responsibilities will include:

– Visit all calls and end user customers within designated list of calls on a weekly basis to service their requirements
– Meticulously follow all company programs, including Customer Driven Selling
– Market all product and promotions
– Upsell customers into new products
– Develop and maintain a strong account programme
– Collect on all credit accounts
– Maintaining computer files and records and complete all required weekly paperwork and bank cash every week
– Process repairs and warranty replacements as required
– Trial new product ranges before launch as agreed with the business
– Maintain high standards within the mobile store in merchandising, stock display and cleanliness
– Manage and control inventory levels

Skills and experience required for the Sales role:

– Proven sales experience working in a similar Sales role, ideally in a retail environment
– Possess a C1 driving license
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Outgoing, positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skills
– Demonstrate strong ability to work independently
– Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
