Internal Fleet Account Executive
Salary up to 25k (DOE)
Monday to Friday: – 9am-5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients. This role will manage the full cycle of the Fleet process and provide the necessary support and delivery of services to their outsourced clients.
Key responsibilities shall include:-
Have a full understanding of the client requirement as a whole and guide all parties accordingly
Dealing with incoming enquiries by telephone and email
Contact new starters to welcome them to the scheme, walk them through the fleet policy and get them mobile as quickly as possible.
Issuing contract renewal emails and assist with vehicle selection
Arranging vehicle demonstrations to customers in line with the correct grades
Organising vehicle quotations and applying the correct discount
Dealing with safety recalls
Providing aftercare to ensure customer satisfaction
Managing leavers and liaising with the logistics team for vehicle collection, update database
Arranging for any relevant authorisation letters to be sent to drivers as requested eg. Overseas travel, fitment of tow bars, parking permits etc.
Able to manage early termination or end of contract damage enquiries
Analysing trends and working with senior management to evolve policy
Act as a Company Ambassador on all external or internal reviews or meetings with customers and/or suppliers
Relevant experience is not essential; however, we are looking for:
Confident, proactive and dynamic with a can-do attitude
Good mathematical skills
Highly skilled administrators with a keen eye for detail.
Organised, self-motivated people with a strong sense of personal accountability.
Good communicators; you should be comfortable interacting with a range of people in client and customer businesses (phone and email).
Experience gained in an office, preferably in a business to business (B2B) environment.
Strong IT skills; any experience of using CRM/Database systems is advantageous, as is proficiency in Excel Adaptable and mature, candidates should love working in a dynamic, environment.
Analytical mind with a real focus on identifying insights within large amounts of data.
Excellent organisational skills and a task-focused mind-set.
Excellent telephone manner
Previous Fleet Automotive experience (Desirable)
