Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a small, friendly practice where you will work on a range of interesting projects and receive support to become Chartered (MCIAT).

Are you proficient in using AutoCAD? Do you have experience carrying out measured surveys?

This company are well established and have a fantastic reputation. They get involved in both the residential and commercial sectors and are currently experiencing one of their busiest years in their 50 year history therefore this is a great time to join them. They re currently looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team.

In this role you will undertake measured surveys, prepare the planning drawings and submit Building Regulation applications. You will have lots of opportunity to broaden your experience as the practice have an extremely varied portfolio. The company are CIAT accredited therefore can support you in gaining MCIAT Chartered status.

The ideal candidate will be an Architectural Technologist with experience using AutoCAD looking to join a small, friendly practice where you can gain MCIAT status.

The role:
* Architectural Technologist
* Undertaking measured surveys
* Development of scheme and planning drawings
* Delivery of Building Regulations and production information
* Submission of Building Regulations applications
* Opportunity to broaden your experience and gain MCIAT status

The Person:
* Experience using AutoCAD
* Experience carrying out measured surveys
* Must be hardworking and work well as part of a team
* Commutable to Great Missenden
