This Private Equity backed, dynamic multi-capability healthcare communications company provides solutions to the Pharma and Biotech sector.

Experiencing rapid and aggressive growth, both organically and via acquisition they are looking for an ACA Qualified UK Financial Controller.

The role is based in Marlow and they are looking for a UK Financial Controller who can demonstrate strong technical capabilities and a track record of developing scalable Finance processes, procedures, systems and a finance team able to cope with the changing demands of a fast growing, evolving, Private Equity backed business.

Reporting directly to Group Finance Director, as UK Financial Controller you will take responsibility for monthly close and financial reporting, lead year-end, Balance Sheet control as well as ad-hoc project work as required by the GFD or CFO

ACA Qualified, the successful candidate MUST HAVE a strong grounding gained in practice before working for fast growing, private equity backed SME businesses with T/O ranging from £15 million to £75 million.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary between £90,000-£115,000 + Bonus, 25 Day Annual Leave, Private Medical, Private Dental & a Contributory Pension
