Our client are currently expanding their sales team and have an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing & Business Development Consultant to join the organisation.
We're looking for an independent, self-motivated sales professional to join our small dynamic and team.
If you have Telesales and Business Development experience and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets, then we want to hear from you!
The role:
You will be selling into SME and Enterprise Companies. Your role is to open doors for our clients to do business and set appointments for their sales representatives to attend. You will be calling UK businesses promoting our client's unique propositions to senior decision makers across a wide range of business sectors.

Maintain appropriate CRM systems and management information on a daily basis

Engage with local and national employers to secure sustainable new business meeting opportunities through telesales and face to face meetings
To ensure your own skill sets are kept up to date and relevant
Actively promote the Company in the local community
Attend career and networking events and host open events where required
To assist in the development of Company and programme marketing materials and methods of engagement
To perform any Ad-hoc duties that the Company considers to be reasonable.
Key outcomes:
70-100 Sales Calls are made each day
Focus on the Core Campaign you have been employed to work on
1 Appointment made each day
Core Sales hours (9 am to 5:30 are adhered to
Tracking and monitoring processes will be developed and embedded to ensure data and records are accessible and accurate.
Job Information:
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 9 am – 5.30 pm
Salary: £10.00 per hour take home
