My client is a premium global food brand who have created a new role to support their sites in England between London and Birmingham
The client boast a very supportive environment and will offer the best training and development opportunities available.
Please note, you will need to be able to travel between 3 sites in the region, so a driving licence is essential.
The Role.
* Provide 2nd level support to the user community as well as being the escalation point for advanced or difficult help requests.
* Manage ticket resolution process through to final resolution
* Work together with end users to test fixes, rollout changes and develop relationships
The Candidate
* Experienced in 2nd line engineering in ITIL environment (2+ Years)
* Advanced computer hardware experience as well as application support in a fast paced environment
* Able to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
