Legal 200 practice in Buckinghamshire seeks a talented Litigation Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven paralegal with 2+ years’ experience in general and property litigation matters to join our client’s Legal 500 firm in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will handle own caseload under a minimal supervision, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.

Responsibilities

Handling own caseload under minimal supervision
Landlord and tenant matters
Service of section 25 and 26 notices
Schedules of dilapidations
Break notices
Matters related with commercial and residential leases
Debt recovery
Contractual disputes
Professional negligence
Liaising with clients and external professionals

The Candidate

Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience in property and general litigation
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client care skills
IT proficient
Strives for high standards in their work
A team player with a keen eye for detail
