This successful and ambitious security integrator is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to support the business during continued growth throughout their whole group, spanning across the UK and EMEA.
The Compliance Manager's main responsibilities will be to ensure the entire business group is fully compliant with all industry and government legislation. You will support and manage the company's quality assurance accreditation including NSI Gold scheme, ISO9001, CHAS, Constructionline and FORS.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the quality management system providing support and training opportunities to staff in accordance with QMS.
* Work in line with other industries to ensure that the business is keeping within legal and compliance guidelines whilst working within the UK and across EMEA.
* Prepare and manage accreditation body audits including ISO and NSI, working with external consultants where required.
* Working within all departments within the business to allow all staff comprehensive knowledge of the guidelines that the company are working to and towards.
* Ensure GDPR compliance.
Required
* To be conversant or trained in ISO9001 QMS systems and to have knowledge or an appetite to learn ISO27001 and other standards as we grow the group.
* Good understanding of quality management systems and accreditations such as ISO9001, SIB and NACOSS/NSI would be ideal.
* Good knowledge of data analysis.
