We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Coordinator to join one of our clients in Milton Keynes. The role will be 9 months temporary cover. We are looking for someone to join the company ASAP.
The role will be perfect so someone who would like to start their experience withing office based environment. No experience required.
Role – Customer Service
Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours a week)
Pay – £9.09
Duration – 9 months temporary role
You will be supporting to help improve and maintain their high level of customer service. You will be establishing the customer's needs and seeing if you are able to assist with their query or where they need to be passed to.
You must be a clear communicator, confident in speaking with colleagues and clients. Experience in a similar role, used to a busy environment, working with high volume and have good customer service and administration experience.
