The Role – Operations Director

Location – Milton Keynes

Salary – £100- £150k all depending on experience. ( This role could be Interim or Permanent )

Operations Director from Commercial Automotive / Vehicle Manufacturing sector required, This role   requires an individual that can makes things happen and Not an individual that relies on Corporate resource !!!!, my client will be looking for an Operational Change expert who has a track record of success within SME sector.

ROLE: This role is all about pulling together a very strong business and aligning the operational necessities. A group of Commercial Manufacturing business’s offering different services / products requires a strong hands-on Operational Director to get in and amongst the kitty gritty of the business and make the relevant changes for the good of the group.

The Ideal Candidate- Without a shadow of doubt we are looking for a doer, an Operation professional, Leader experienced in change management and has successfully driven improvements through manufacturing applications . You will have gained experienced in high pressured environments and be able to demonstrate your success’s. Strong communication, highly motivated, and with the ability to grasp a business and the challenges quickly in order to progress success and run with best practice.
