This company are currently embarking on a huge new digital transformation project. This position for a Search & Performance Manager will be an integral part of the new vision for the company. The company are a proven, established but modern online and in-store retailer.
As the Search & Performance Manager you will drive our acquisition strategy across our multiple channels and platforms. You will have responsibility for a multi-million-pound digital marketing budget across paid media and SEO, so it is vital that you are comfortable with numbers and are commercially minded.
As well as leading a small team of marketing executives, you will own our relationship with external marketing parties and manage a diverse set of internal stakeholders across the business.
Duties:
– Create and deliver the online acquisition strategy
– Manage multi-million £ online budget to drive sales and improve ROI
– Represent the online team and performance externally and internally
– Manage external relationships effectively
– Manage the online marketing team
– Work closely with the wider team to drive performance across the business
– Support & educate the wider business on digital acquisition
Background:
– Proven online marketing experience (ideally retail/ B2C)
– Proven effective budget management experience
– Demonstrable experience and knowledge of PPC, Affiliates, SEO
– Team management experience
– Experience of Google Analytics 360
