Milton Keynes Based (Travelling involved)
Monday to Friday + rotational weekends

We are recruiting Customer Complaints Advisors to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. Our client is looking for someone who has exceptional customer service and will be able to work efficiently within their retail business. Our client has built a hugely successful retail business & have won best Retail Family Business of the Year!

You will be responsible for liaising with our suppliers and service providers to resolve customer product issues. You will also ensure that our customers are kept informed of steps being taken to resolve the matter and that any matter is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Your key responsibiities within this role;
* Answering inbound calls from customers regarding a query of their online order.
* The ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
* Actively listening to the customer, understanding and getting all necessary details and information from the customer to resolve their query.
* And, be able to provide a one call resolution to the customer by leaving the customer satisfied with the service.

The ideal Customer Complaints Advisor would have:
* Customer Service Experience gained in either an office, retail or hospitality environment.
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems.
* Self-Motivated and the ability to work independently.
