Housing Portfolio Manager

Are you an experienced Housing Professional who is looking for a new challenge.

One of our Housing clients is looking for a Portfolio Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is to manage the property portfolio and the relationships between managing agents to ensure effective administration of duties and compliance in line with the agreed terms.

Your key duties will include:

* Develop and hold a detailed understanding of the organisations management company contracts and monitor against these.
* Regularly monitor and inspect blocks and estates in line with the service standards set out.
* Create and deliver a robust monitoring system for estate and/or block inspections. Encourage feedback from residents to ensure standards are being delivered.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external organisations.
* Oversee contractual disputes.
* Work with the Head of Health & Safety to structure and administer an Annual Health & Safety Audit Framework in assessing performance.
* Make arrangements with alternative service providers, such as repairs contractors for ad-hoc property, estate, block or communal works.
* Ensure resident satisfaction.
* Provide performance and operational information to the Board, Exec and other key stakeholders.
* Ensure the underlying asset value is protected through good quality asset management
