Trainee Surveyor
Milton Keynes

We are looking for a recent graduate, or someone with relevant work experience, to join our friendly and growing business as a Building Insurance Surveyor, focusing on e-valuations.

Embracing the new normal, you will be Home Based, with the requirement to attend an office environment for 1-3 days a month.

You will undertake reinstatement cost assessments of residential and commercial properties for insurance purposes, both remotely and following site visits.

Our clients are insurers, brokers, property managers and property owners. Full training will be given and we will support you through vocational courses with the ACII and the RICS.

We are looking for a proven self-starter, who can work unsupervised, with buckets of initiative, strong IT skills and excellent inter-personal skills!

An understanding of property or construction is essential, as is an interest and willingness to learn
