Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated electrical engineer to handle the maintenance and testing of Glazing Robots. If you a proficient auto electrician this would be ideal!

Applicants ideally need to have previous electrical engineering experience and must be able to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams. We need a team player, with enthusiasm and sound technical knowledge.

Salary review normally takes place after a successful probation period and a number of training courses to support you in your new position as an engineer.

You will also receive 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and a generous 4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme.

Key responsibilities: Undertaking maintenance, service and repair of a range of lifting equipment. Electrically biased role with a focus on low voltage (12-240 Volts) and reading wiring diagrams. Provide knowledge and support in the event of product failure. Diagnosis of plant/equipment defects. To maintain records for health & safety and customer service purposes. Visit sites to repair defects. To maintain and improve health & safety in the workplace.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Strong electrical engineering experience. Basic mechanical engineering skills. Engineering qualification. Understanding of health and safety requirements.
