Verelogic have an opportunity to join a leading managed service provider with an opportunity to join the project team. It will be your responsibility to provide technical expertise to all areas of the project development and delivery process, this includes initial pre-sales technical requests and full solution designs and specifications for larger projects and tenders. You will deal with technical specifications and issues relating to project work, you will need to engage with the appropriate team members across the business to support the development and delivery of project work at all levels.
You will be responsible for designing and documenting technical specifications to a high level, you will be expected to liaise with stakeholders at all levels including internal, Schools and contractors to ensure schedules and projects are on track and to specification.
The role requires strong organisational skills and you will need to understand and create complex schedules of work and manage project processes and procedures. You will be a positive and proactive communicator both internally and externally. You must be dedicated to deliver the high level of support service in a manner that embraces the company values.
Responsibilities:
Customer service
? Help manage the communication workflow for projects and pre-sales related work
? Be a key contact for project related queries and issues
? Work as part of the Project Team , always ensuring the customer experience is handled professionally and appropriately in terms of timely response, clear communication, and action plans to address any concerns and questions that are raised
? Provide great communication with schools and internal teams, ensuring schools and internal teams are always kept up to date with relevant information
? Ensure staff are aware of project processes and procedures offering guidance and training where required
? Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date in a well written and professional manner.
? Ensuring all parties are aware of project status and actions being taken, enabling tracking and reporting on the customer experience and monitor response times.
? Prioritise and manage workload effectively, managing several open projects of various sizes simultaneously
Technical
? Create and manage technical design specifications for projects and pre-sales work
? Understand customer and project technical requirements and document as required
? Resolve and manage any technical issues that are affecting the efficient running of project processes as quickly as possible
? Create technical documentation to a high-level including diagrams and schedules of work.
? Respond to tickets raised regarding pre-sales quotes within agreed time-frame
? Act as a key contact during project delivery to resolve technical questions and issues
? Technical project areas such as:
o Network design diagrams and documentation
o Technical solution designs and documentation
o Standard technical projects and routine installations
o Nonstandard ad-hoc projects
? Lead and assist with project installations where required
? Attend project meetings as the lead on technical specifications and design queries, these include internal, schools and contractor meetings
? Assist in the creation and development of technical processes and procedures for the project team Quality
? Control of documented information e.g. review, amend and approve company documents relating to the role where directed
? Create regular project overview reports for the project team and senior management
? Customer relations/satisfaction e.g. customer feedback
? Ensure any non-conformance's are reported (for any mistakes or complaints etc.)
? Being part of a culture of continuous improvement
? Keep the internal systems updated with school information

? Experience of managing ICT projects from inception through to completion
? Demonstrable ability to make proactive decisions
? Flexible and approachable

? Adaptable and able to cope with change including travelling to a variety of schools, within the area
