Sales Development Representative / IT Sales / £25,000- £30,000 pa+ Commission OTE -£50,000pa

Do you have IT Sales or Technology Sales Experience and looking for the next new challenge? Our Client a specialist IT Software Security, providing Enterprise Security Solutions into the Public and private Sector, with links and partnerships with some of the major Blue Chip IT Companies in the World, such as Cisco, IBM, Microsoft , Sap and Oracle.

Now expanding and looking for a Lead Development Representative / IT Sales Executive to join the team.

As a Lead Development Representative / IT Sales Executive you will be responsible for qualifying Leads which come in from Marketing Campaigns – BANT level calling and booking Appointments for the Sales Team. This will develop into a 360 Sales Position.

We are looking to recruit motivated / committed individuals that are target driven and looking for a long term career in IT Sales, with a Company that can shape and develop your Career.

Job Responsibilities: For the Lead Development Representative / IT Sales Executive:

• Qualify leads for the Sales Team
• 40-50 Outbound Calls – follow up leads from Marketing Campaigns etc.:
• Qualify leads and Book Appointments
• Warm / Cold Calling

Preferred Skills: For Lead Development Representative / IT Sales Executive:

• Telesales / Telemarketing / Sales background
• Familiarity with Software Licensing
• Strong Listening, probing and phone and objection handling skills
• Work well in a team and autonomously

Salary, Hours and Benefits: Lead Development Representative / IT Sales Executive:

• £25,000- £30,000pa +Commission OTE £50,000pa
• Monday-Friday from 09:00-to 17:30
• 37.5 hours per week
• Perm + Benefits Package
