Sales and Marketing Administrator, High Wycombe, 3 – 6 month temp, £13.00 – £15.60 per hour:

Our client has been at the forefront of technological innovation for over 60 years, leading the way within scientific instrumentation and research tools. Having recent rolled out a new global CRM and ERP system, their Sales & Marketing Team is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join them on a temporary basis over the next three to six months. Please note that this temporary Sales & Marketing Administrator position may be extend and it has the potential to become a permanent position within this amazing business.

The role:

Within this Sales & Marketing Administrator role, you assist the Sales & Marketing team build a comprehensive database of new and existing customers, as well as carrying out market research into new potential business areas. Your key responsibilities:

build a comprehensive user database of customers, potential customers and users of competitors products and services in the UK and Ireland
Harmonise, integrate, and cleanse existing data across a number of sources to form this single database
Proactively research external sources such as customer / competitors' websites and market research to check and enrich the existing data
Engage directly with our current install base to ensure data is accurate and to expand the database
Engage with sales, marketing, and service colleagues to collate market knowledge into the new database About You:

The successful Sales & Marketing Administrator will demonstrate an attention to detail, good organisational skills and a good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets. You must be confident calling external users to undertake market research and have a strong internal drive. Any experience of working in a scientific, sales or market research environment would be highly desirable, but not essential.

Salary: You will be paid between £13 per hour (equivalent to £25k) and £15.60 per hour (equivalent to £30k).
