Warehouse & Trade Counter Assistant

Salary & Benefits: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum negotiable, depending on experience plus contributory pension scheme & profit-sharing scheme & 25 days holiday

Hours: 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Company Description: A dynamic and fast paced Nationwide Electrical Distributor who are constantly evolving and growing are looking for an ambitious and motivated Trade Counter & Warehouse person to join their team in Aylesbury.

Role: This will be a varied and exciting role which will include general warehouse duties and serving existing and new clients on their busy trade counter.

Skills Required:

* You must be reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude

* A team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment

* Experience working in the Electrical Wholesale Trade sector is essential

* Driving Licence is preferred

* Forklift Experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking/Packing orders

* Warehouse management

* Serving customers on the busy trade counter, managing customer enquiries and orders

* Re-stocking shelves and keeping the trade counter tidy, organising promotions and special offers

* Building, developing and managing relationships with customers
