Multi Trade Operative – Permanent – Berkshire/Buckinghamshire – £34,000

Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Operative into the team.

The duties of the role will be to carry out a high standard of multi trades / maintenance works within the new homes. This includes works from Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Tiling throughout the warranty period.

Duties of the role:

– To assist the Sales team in the maintenance and presentation of all homes

– Undertake regular Stock Plot inspections noting all internal snagging items and defects

– Carry out pre-inspections to ensure the properties features are running eg. toilets, water etc.

– Provide external maintenance to all stock plots, ensuring that the gardens are well maintained etc

– Provide snagging and maintenance to the Marketing Suites and Showhomes

– Travel across the region covered as necessary

– Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times

Skills Required:

* You must have experience working for a House Builder within a similar role such as Multi Trade Technician / Operative.

* Multi Trades works to be carried out include Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Mastic, Easing doors/floor boards etc.

* Flexibility to travel across the patch predominantly Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

* Full Driving License
