About the role:
They are currently seeking a Development Project Manager to manage the successful delivery of a programme of schemes from inception to completion whilst being a key member of the Development and Commercial Team and actively contribute to the team successfully achieving its objectives. You’ll take the lead and have ownership of a variety of development projects ensuring new schemes are promptly progressed into contract and start on site; undertaking key project management responsibilities to effectively progress scheme delivery and appoint and manage relationships with the project team. You’ll also prepare reports and progress updates, identify potential risks and successfully manage these to ensure agreed project outcomes are achieved and use project management software systems to accurately appraise and monitor the financial performance of development schemes.

* Able to provide support, advice and mentorship to colleagues
* Knowledge of the development and planning process along with experience of delivering successful development projects from inception to completion (desirable)
* Experience of appraising development schemes with an understanding of scheme costs and income (desirable)
* Experience of managing budgets and project cash flow (desirable)
* Knowledge of grant funding available from Homes England along with experience of using their investment management system (desirable)
