Description

The successful candidate will lead the commercial and buying functions of a new region. The role will involve recruiting a new team that you will coach and develop to meet the departments' targets. You will have the freedom to implement strategic commercial goals and be responsible for the regions forecasting, budgeting and all cost controls.

Profile

The successful candidate will essentially have experience in the residential house building as a seasoned commercial director or senior manager and will have the ability to influence others within the region to ensure that best practices are adhered to. Your leadership, training, and developing skills will be vital to the region's growth, and must have extensive knowledge in mixed tenure development schemes and a wide range of construction techniques.
