Position: Estimator

Do you have a proven track record working in building envelope services?

Are you technically competent in combined facades engineering?

THE COMPANY: Our client offers a complete building envelope service, specialising in providing a fully integrated, supply, design, construct and project management for complex building facades. They maintain a reputation with their clients for technical expertise, and cost effective design and installation

THE OPPORTUNITY: An exciting role for a proven Estimator in which you will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate tender offers that identify the most competitive market price for a particular project. The focus will be on external packages for residential and commercial projects.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate must have an extensive background or knowledge of Cladding, Rainscreen, Roofing, Drylining, EWI, Facades or similar industry, and must be confident in winning tenders and closing. Candidates without this previous experience will not be considered. It is essential that you have previous experience costing projects up to and above £5m.

Candidate Location: Midlands or South East
