Senior Site Manager – Externals

£65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

A brand new role has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to initially lead the externals package on an RC Frame residential scheme in Buckinghamshire and see it through to completion. This 5* national housebuilder has been going from strength to strength, even through this testing time, with new sites starting across the home counties and plenty more in the pipeline.

As the Senior Site Manager you will join the scheme as it’s just coming out of the ground and work closely with the on-site Project & Technical team to ensure all external aspects (drainage, RC Frame and other packages) are completed on time and to an exceptional standard. It is important you already have a track record in delivering similar residential schemes over 6 storeys, the confidence to work with the team give input in to the design & programme, and able to adapt and overcome problems with your team as and when they arise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager based in the Berkshire area looking for a new challenge, you will be given clear progression plans to get where you want to be and the support of a senior management team who have all worked there way up through the company.

You will have previous experience working on similar projects from inception to completion as a Senior Site Manager and taken a lead on residential RC frame schemes. You will be a key member of this project team and see it through from start to finish while learning from everyone around you.
